Honeycomb ceramic carbon filter
14 October 2024
We are proud to announce the start of production of our innovative ceramic honeycomb filters.
These extruded ceramic filters represent a significant advance in filtration technology, combining the efficiency of activated carbon with the robustness of ceramic construction. Honeycomb filters are designed to maximise the absorption of molecular contaminants. Finely ground activated carbon is integrated into the ceramic matrix, creating a maximum reaction surface that effectively absorbs fumes, odours, grease and vapours. These filters have a guaranteed lifetime of up to 3 years and an efficiency of over 80%. To regenerate the filter, simply heat it in an oven at 200°C for 60 minutes every 2-3 months. After regeneration, it is important to allow the filter to cool before installation.
Construction and design features:
- Low flow resistance
- Large absorbent surface
- High activated carbon content
- Modular system
Physical and chemical properties:
- High absorption efficiency
- High mechanical resistance
- Dust free
- Thermal stability
- Non-flammable and chemically stable
- Thermally regenerablee
With these new solutions, Serf continues to be at the forefront of filtration, offering high quality products that combine durability, efficiency and ease of maintenance.
